Cold Activated Announcers

Coors Light puts radio announcers in ice

Coors Light's cold-activated can turns blue when it is chill enough to drink. To celebrate how the label works, we made voiceover announcers experience the perfect drinking temperature firsthand—by recording radio scripts while submerged in cold as fu*k ice water.

Cold Activated Announcers won Silver at the Cannes Lions Festival 2025

COLD ACTIVATED ANNOUNCERS

Radio Spots

To put the Coors Light label to the test, we built our very own human-sized cooler—packed with 1,000 pounds of ice and 20 gallons of water—set to the exact chill of an ice-cold Coors Light. Then, we tossed our radio hosts in and had them read their scripts. Their reactions? 100% real, 100% freezing. Take a listen!
